Aluminum framing connections

Aluminum Profile Accessories for Industrial Framing

Standard and made-to-drawing fastening components for machine frames, guards, conveyors, workstations and modular aluminum structures.

Aluminum Profile Accessories for Industrial Framing

Selecting aluminum profile accessories requires more than matching a thread size. The profile series, slot opening, internal cavity, loading method and expected load all affect whether a fastener will install and hold correctly. Longjin supplies slot fasteners for common 20, 30, 40 and 45 series industrial aluminum framing systems.

Our range includes T-slot nuts, slide-in nuts, spring nuts, T-bolts and related connection parts. Standard items support routine frame assembly, while special widths, heights, thread locations and materials can be reviewed from a drawing, sample or profile cross-section. Confirming the interface early helps avoid loose fits, blocked installation and mixed parts on the assembly line.

How to select

Start with the extrusion rather than the fastener name. Four details usually narrow the selection quickly.

  1. 01

    Profile and slot

Profiles in the same nominal series may use different slot systems. Share the cross-section and slot dimensions.

  2. 02

    Loading method

End-loading parts suit planned assembly; drop-in or post-assembly styles suit frames that are already closed.

  3. 03

    Thread and load

Match the mating bolt and attachment hole, then consider the direction and level of the working load.

  4. 04

    Material and finish

Humidity, cleanliness, appearance and corrosion requirements determine the suitable material and coating.

Applications

  • Automation machine frames
  • Conveyors and workstations
  • Safety guards and enclosures
  • Modular display structures
  • Solar and general industrial assembly
  • Laboratory and inspection equipment

Manufacturing & quality control

Material, forming, threading, finishing and final inspection are controlled against the confirmed drawing or approved sample. Export orders can also follow agreed packaging, labeling and sampling requirements so components are easier to identify at the assembly site.

Send the drawing or sample, quantity, material, finish, extrusion cross-section or slot width, thread and inspection requirements.

Purchasing & production

These are normal production conditions. Final terms follow the approved drawing, sample, quotation and purchase order.

For a quotation, send the drawing or sample, quantity, material, finish, extrusion cross-section or slot width, thread and inspection requirements.

Standard-part MOQ
Normally 1,000 pieces per specification.
Custom-part MOQ
Normally 10,000 pieces, subject to material, geometry and process review.
Dimensions & tolerances
Manufactured to the mutually approved drawing. Please identify critical dimensions, tolerances and mating requirements.
Samples & tooling
Sampling is supported. Small sample quantities are normally free of sample charge with freight collect; dedicated tooling or die costs are quoted when required.
Production planning
Mass production begins after sample approval. Capacity is up to about 5 million standard parts per month and 500,000 custom parts per month; delivery timing is confirmed by order quantity and process.
Inspection
Professional inspection equipment is used for dimensional, thread, appearance and fit requirements. 100% inspection can be arranged as agreed for the order.
Materials & finishes
Materials can be reviewed to specification; common finishes include nickel plating and zinc plating.
Material documents
Upstream material certificates or quality inspection documents can be provided for the applicable order and material batch.
Packaging
Customer labels, specification-separated packing and other confirmed packaging requirements are supported.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know whether an accessory fits my extrusion?

Send the profile series, slot width and a cross-section drawing or clear dimensions. A name such as “40 series” alone may not identify the internal slot geometry.

Can several nut and bolt types be supplied together?

Yes. A project list can combine standard sizes, with packaging and labels agreed before the order to help your assembly team separate the parts.

Do you support stainless steel and non-standard sizes?

We can review 304 stainless steel and special geometry. Please provide a drawing or sample, the service environment and expected volume for a manufacturing assessment.
